Miami, FL., August 10, 2009 – Caregivers, adults, family and friends can now access helpful information that can help improve their quality of life. Through United HomeCare Services’ Latté Series, a free community outreach and education program, people will learn about health and personal care options, mental health and wellness, good nutrition and how to manage stress. A clinical social worker or nutrition expert will conduct the presentations in various communities throughout Miami-Dade County starting this fall.
The series will be offered at various locations including City or Village sponsored community centers with adult programs, senior centers, churches and libraries.
