Host Communications Inc. was named the third leading sports marketing agency in America today by the foremost publication for sports business professionals, The SportsBusiness Journal. HOST was ranked behind IMG and Octagon. WMG and Momentum rounded out the publication’s top five agencies.

The rankings are subdivided into four categories — property representation and media sales, corporate consulting and marketing services, athlete and talent representation, and event management. Editors began their research in the spring when they started evaluating the financial and growth stories of more than 100 agencies.
